Terms of Service
1. Provider and scope
Fier-Forge is provided by Alaimo Aleandro, Grabenstrasse 6, 45888 Gelsenkirchen, Germany (support@fier-app.de). These Terms govern the use of the Fier-Forge app builder.
2. Free service
Fier-Forge is free to use. There is no platform subscription, credit package or token markup. You connect your own AI provider account and pay that provider directly for the requests you make. The provider's prices, availability and terms are outside our control.
3. Account
You sign in with Google. You must keep your Google account secure and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that attack the service, abuse providers, infringe rights or violate the law.
4. Generated code
Generated code is provided “as is”. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and hosting it, for the legality of the app you publish and for any third-party services you connect. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect; it is not legal, financial or security advice.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not create unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing apps.
- Do not use the service to attack systems, distribute malware or bypass access controls.
- Do not process special-category data without a lawful basis.
- Do not share provider keys or use keys you are not authorised to use.
6. Third-party services
Google, Cloudflare, your AI provider, your backend and payment providers are governed by their own terms. You are responsible for the costs and compliance of the services you connect.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated in the app.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. The service is free; liability for lost profits, lost data or indirect damage is excluded where legally permitted.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate the contract for good cause, including serious violations of these Terms.
10. Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
